Awards

iletken relies on cutting edge research and innovation to deliver the most meaningful and relevant recommendations. Here are some of the awards we received on our recommendation technologies so far:

Management Team

Selçuk Atlı - Selçuk is a founder at iletken and holds responsibilities in execution and product development. Selçuk is a Fulbright scholar and holds a graduate degree in Web Science and Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY. He previously worked at Deutschebank in New York with recommenders.

M. Deniz Oktar - Deniz is a founder at iletken and holds responsibilities in business development. Deniz is a graduate of Koç University in İstanbul. He previously founded ReklamGiy and organized guerialla t-shirt advertising on 3000+ students in 25+ campuses.

Barış Can Daylık - Barış is a founder at iletken, is the technical lead and has responsibilities in Research and Development. Barış is a graduate of Koç University and is a contributor to several open source projects including the Pardus Linux distribution.

Burç Şahinoğlu - Burç is a partner and a strategic consultant at iletken. Burç is director of product development at Tikle Technologies. He held several executive positions in software including director of platform development at Turkcell - Mapco. Burç is a graduate of NYU.

Jim is one of the originators of the semantic web and the senior constellation professor of the Tetherless World Research Constellation at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

Dr. Deborah McGuinness, Artificial Intelligence

Deborah was the co-director and senior research scientist at the Knowledge Systems Laboratory at Stanford University and she currently holds an endowed chair in the Tetherless World Research Constellation at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
